二维粗锐结构声子晶体带结构的计算
Band Structure Calculations of Two-dimensional Phononic Crystal with Wide-sharp Structural Scatterers
【摘要】 提出二维粗锐结构声子晶体模型,采用平面波展开法数值计算了不同体积填充率下二维正方粗锐和圆粗锐结构声子晶体的带结构.计算结果表明,利用粗锐结构的散射体同样可获得较宽的完全带隙,正方粗锐和圆粗锐结构的声子晶体最大带隙分别出现在体积填充率为f=0.313 6和f=0.321 6处.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the model of two-dimensional phononic crystals consisting of wide-sharp scatterers is proposed.The band structures of the two-dimensional phononic crystals with square and round wide-sharp scatterers of different filling rate are calculated by using of the plane wave expansion method.The results showed that the full band gaps can be also obtained by using of the wide-sharp structural scatterers,and that the maximal gap of square and round wide-sharp structures exists in the cases of f=0.313 6 and f=0.321 6,respectively.
