矮牵牛ACS2基因正、反义重复表达载体的构建
The Construction of Sense and Antisense Repetion Expression Vectors of Petunia hybrida ACS2 Gene
【摘要】 将矮牵牛ACS2基因的正义重复和反义重复分别与植物表达载体质粒pBI-121连接,构建ACS2基因的正义重复和反义重复表达载体,经PCR和酶切鉴定,基因已成功构建到表达载体质粒上,为延长矮牵牛花期的基因工程研究奠定了基础.
【Abstract】 The sense and antisense repetion expression vectors were constructed by linking the sense and antisense repetion of Petunia?hybrida ACS2 gene to plant expression vector plamid pBI-121.The PCR and disgestion identification showed the gene had been cloned into expression vector successfully,which can be used for the researching of gene engineering of extending florescence in Petunia?hybrida.
