类猪圆环病毒因子P1感染对猪红细胞的影响

【摘要】 探讨类猪圆环病毒因子P1感染后,广西巴马小型猪发生贫血的类型,推断贫血发生的原因。12头30日龄的猪随机分成两组,每组6头,试验组经腹股沟淋巴结途径接种P1分子克隆。采用自动血液分析仪对接种后3d、8d、17d、24d、31d及40d猪的外周血进行红细胞各参数检测。统计分析结果显示P1感染后,与对照组相比,红细胞参数之间无差异的指标有RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV和MCHC等5项,而MCH在接种后17d明显降低,而RDW在31d增高明显。可见,猪感染类猪圆环病毒因子P1可导致小细胞低血色素性贫血。

【Abstract】 This experiment was to explore type of Guangxi Bama miniature pig anemia and infer probable cause after the pigs infected by porcine circovirus-like agent P1.Twelve Guangxi Bama miniature pigs at 1 month of age were randomly designated to two groups of 6 each.Group 1 pigs were each injected into the superficial inguinal lymph nodes with the cloned P1 plasmid DNA and pigs in group 2 served as controls.The peripheral blood erythrocyte parameters of the pigs were detected with the automatic hematology analytic instrument at 3、8、17、24、31 and 40 days postinoculation(dpi).The statistic results showed that there were no significant difference among five parameters,including RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV and MCHC,and two parameters(MCH and RDW) were highly significant difference between two groups.MCH were significantly decreased at 17dpi(P<0.01) and RDW increased significantly at 31 dpi(P<0.01).The pigs suffering from porcine circovirus-like agent P1 infection showed signs of microcytic hypochromic anemia.
