【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to optimize the conditions of PAGE for isolating salt-soluble proteins of Allium mongolicum Rrgel..seeds.The optimal conditions for PAGE w were as follows.The result showed that 30% H2O2 5μl,gel gel concentration 13%,cross-linkages 4%,pH of gel buffer 3.5,and the injecting volumes is 20μl and 25μl.更多还原
