【摘要】 本试验以沙葱种子为试验材料,在沙葱盛花期开始标记,当花后经历15d~50d后统一采收,分别包装。测定不同发育阶段种子的干重、鲜重及贮藏物质含量,同时观察萌发特性。其结果表明:1.随着种子发育时间的延长,种子含水量下降,干重上升,且发育至35d~50d干重趋于稳定;可溶性糖含量下降,淀粉及脂肪含量均上升,且在45d之后趋于稳定。2.发芽率、发芽势发芽指数均在45d达到最大值。建议沙葱种子发育到40d左右时,即可作为种子的适时采收期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allium mongolia Regal.seeds were used as materials in this experiment.It was marked from full flowering period and unified harvested and then packed respectively from 15 to50 days.Dry weight,fresh weight and storage materials were measured at the different development phase of seed,at the same time germinate characteristics were observed.Experiment results showed: 1.with the seed growing time prolonged,the water content decreased and the dry weight increased,it inclined to steady after 35d~50d.The trend of soluble sugar content decreased,the starch content and the fatty content continuously increased and kept steady after 40d.2.The percentage of germination,germination power and germination index reached the maximum value at 45d.After approximately 40d growing period,the Alliums mongolia Regal.seeds proceed the best harvest time.更多还原
