【Abstract】 China′s rapid economic growth brought more obvious contradiction by resource demand and supply increasingly,and it has been gradually constraining the sustainable economic development.The typical case from Inner circle of economic development found an model of resources effective allocation: the use of market mechanisms,in accordance with the requirements of circular economy,through policy and institutional arrangements,the establishment of the industry chain at the core of large enterprise groups may achieve economic efficiency and eco-efficiency of unity and the sustainable development of mineral resources industry.更多还原
