开放存取环境下高校图书馆发展的对策探析
Countermeasure Analysis of the Development of University Library under the Open Access Circumstance
【摘要】 本文介绍了开放存取的概念、产生背景及实现方式等,分析了开放存取对图书馆的影响,并探讨开放存取环境下图书馆的发展对策。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept,the background and the realizing methods of open access,analyzes the effect of open access on a library and discusses some countermeasures of it.
