【摘要】 社会工作价值观是社会工作专业的灵魂,不仅界定了社会工作本身的目标和意义,而且同时界定社会工作的技巧和方法。起源于西方的社会工作价值观主要源于基督教思想、人道主义和福利主义思想,我国的社会工作专业发展尽管起步缓慢但发展相当迅速,产生于西方社会文化背景下的社会工作理论,又不完全适应中国的社会形势,因此,充分开发利用传统文化资源对于社会工作价值观本土化进程的推进是极为重要的,而且是中国社会工作发展的根本出路。中国传统文化受儒释道三家的影响最为深远,其中家国理想、政治和谐理想、众生平等理想与社会工作价值观有相通之处,对中国社会工作价值观构建具有重大现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Values of social work are the soul of social work profession,which definites not only the goal and signification of social work,but also the skill and measure of social work.In China,Values of social work deriving from the West are based on Christianism,Humanitarianism,positivism,welfare and so on.Even though the outset of Chinese social work is relatively late,the pace of it is extremely quick.Social work theory from western social culture can not adapt Chinese social circumstances completely.Thus,it is crucially important for the development of localizing the social work values to make full use of the resources of traditional culture,and which is the fundamental way to Chinese social work developing.Philosophy of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism has a profound effect on Chinese traditional culture,such as home and country,harmonious politics and existence being equal ideals have an affinity with social work value,and there is important practical significance of Chinese social work value construction.更多还原
