【摘要】 中日两国在自然环境、气候特征、文化传统、建筑形式等方面都有相似之处,研究和总结日本在历史文化遗产保护领域的经验,对构建与完善我国历史文化遗产保护法律制度有着不可替代的作用。本文在梳理我国历史文化遗产法律保护体系及现存问题的基础上,重点探讨了日本文化遗产法律保护的特点和优势及对我国的借鉴作用,提出应该从完善法律体系、协调行政管理体系、构建公众参与体系等几个方面完善我国相关制度的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China and Japan are similar in natural environment,climate characteristics,cultural traditions and architecture styles.Thus,researching and summarizing Japan’s experience in the field of historical culture heritage protection plays an irreplaceable role in construction and improvement of China’s legal system of historical culture heritage protection.Based on China’s historical culture heritage legal protection system and existing problems,this paper briefly reviews the relevant legal system of Japan,and focuses on the features and advantages of Japan’s legal protection of cultural heritage and its reference for China.It also makes suggestions that we should improve the legal system,coordinate the administrative system and build public participation system to improve China’s related systems.更多还原
