【摘要】 目的了解我院头孢类抗菌药物的临床使用情况和特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对我院2007年头孢类抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度、限定日剂量等进行统计分析。结果头孢类抗菌药物口服剂型中,第二代头孢占主要地位,注射剂型中第三代头孢占主要地位;注射剂用药频度排名前三名为头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦、头孢呋辛钠、头孢曲松钠。结论我院头孢类抗菌药物应用基本合理,应控制第三代头孢类及其复方制剂的注射剂用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for clinical rational administration,the situation and change tendency of Cephalosporins used in our hospital of 2007 was clarified.Methods The data of consumption sum,defined daily dose(DDD),frequency of drug use(DDDs) in 2007 of our hospital was collected and analyzed.Results The second generation of Cephalosporins was in main position of oral delivery and the third generation of Cephalosporins was in dominant position of infection delivery.Cefoperazone sodium sulbactam,Cefuroxime sodium and Ceftriaxone sodium were top three drugs in all Cephalosporins DDDs of infection delivery.Conclusions The administration of Cephalosporins was reasonable in our hospital,the used of infection of the third generation of Cephalosporins and its compound preparation should under control.更多还原
