【摘要】 文章通过对2006~2008年国家自然科学基金立项统计分析,可以看出,高等院校是获得项目的主体,不但承担着培养科技人才的重任,同时也肩负着科技创新,完成国家基础科学研究的任务;通过对农业高等院校与农业科研部门的立项排序,初步看出不同单位间基础研究实力的差异,显示出中国农业科学院在农业基础研究领域处于遥遥领先的地位。结合统计分析结果,提出重视基础研究,注重人才培养,加强国际交流与合作等争取国家自然科学基金项目的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Programs funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2006~2008 were analyzed in the paper. The results clearly demonstrated that university research teams are the principal part of the program. They were not only doing training of science and technology talents but also carrying out science and technology innovation. The established programs number of agricultural university and agricultural research institute were listed, and it indicated that there were difference in basic research ability among research teams, and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences worked well for the basic research as a national research team. Finally the rational suggestions on applying for the programs were put forward, i.e., paying much attention on basic researches and training of talents, strengthening international exchange and cooperation, etc.更多还原
