【Abstract】 Beginning with the definition of "the rights of peasants" in UPOV convention, it was pointed out that UPOV convention ignored the rights of farmers in developing countries in three aspects, i.e., the interests of farmers in developing countries were directly infringed upon by UPOV convention, farmers had to pay high cost, the development of agriculture in developing countries was injured. Ways for protecting interests of farmers in developing countries was also proposed which setting the India mode as an example.更多还原
