罗布麻叶无机元素的动态变化研究

【摘要】 目的探讨罗布麻叶无机元素的动态变化。方法采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法和微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定不同采收时间罗布麻叶中无机元素含量,用SPSS11.5对数据进行相关性分析。结果共检测了23种无机元素,不同生长期罗布麻叶中无机元素积累具有一定规律。结论罗布麻叶中重金属积累曲线最小峰值与传统采收期基本一致,为确定罗布麻叶的最佳采收期提供依据。

【Abstract】 OBJECITIVE To explore into the dynamic changes of the inorganic elements in Folium Apocyni Veneti.METHOD Ion emission spectrometry and microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to determine the content of inorganic elements in Folium Apocyni Veneti collected at different time.SPSS 11.5 was used in the data analysis.RESULT Altogether 23 kinds of inorganic elements were detected,and the accumulation of inorganic elements grown at different periods assumed certain regularity.CONCLUSION The minimum peak value of the accumulation curve for the heavy metal in Folium Apocyni Veneti was found to be basically the same as that obtained when the herb is collected during the conventional collecting time.This study provides evidence for the optimal collecting time of the herb.
