【摘要】 根据当归补血汤重用黄芪补气以生血的方意,进行了可控递送中药联合生长因子生物膜促血管再生的实验研究。运用现代制剂技术将黄芪注射液浓缩并微乳化作为试药,以鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chick chorioallantoic membrane,CAM)为平台,观察了黄芪试剂促血管生长的效应。得出了黄芪注射液浓缩液微乳具有明显促进CAM血管生成作用的结论。对此实验及其结果进行了思考,认为中医所指认的血更多的是基于审证求因的病机概念,这是中医学的核心思想和基本属性使然。指出中医学研究不可能离开还原论,作为技术思想支撑它将存在,但是不能作为中医学科研的指导思想,中医学科研的指导思想应是现代系统科学。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of reinforcing qi to promote blood production employed in Danggui Buxue Decoction.A Experimental Study into Promotion of Vascular Regeneration Using Controllable Delivery of Chinese Medicine and Growth Factor Biomembrane.In this study,modern technology was used to condense and emulsify Huangqi Injection,which serve as the reagent drug,and chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM) was used to observe the effect of the reagent drug on the promotion of vessel growth.The conclusion of the study is that the condensed and slightly emulsified Huangqi Injection can markedly promote the formation of CAM vessels.The author believe that the blood in TCM concept is largely based on the concept of differentiating syndrome to identify the cause,which is the core and the basic properties of Chinese medicine.The author points out that researches in Chinese medicine can not be done without the guidance of the reduction theory as the technical support,but it can not be looked upon as the guiding thought in the research of Chinese medicine.The guiding thought of research of Chinese medicine should be the modern system sciences.更多还原
