【摘要】 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合川芎嗪治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法:将160例酒精性肝病患者随机分为对照组、复方甘草酸苷组、川芎嗪组及联合治疗组,治疗4周后观察肝功能、肝纤维化指标、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、瘦素(Leptin)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果:各组治疗后肝功能较治疗前均显著好转,肝纤维化指标、TGFβ1、IL-6、Leptin及TNF-α较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),对照组、复方甘草酸苷组及川芎嗪组之间治疗后肝功能、肝纤维化指标、TGFβ1、IL-6、Leptin及TNF-α无显著性差异(P>0.05),联合治疗组治疗后肝功能较对照组、复方甘草酸苷组及川芎嗪组显著改善(P<0.05),肝纤维化指标、TGFβ1、IL-6、Leptin及TNF-α较对照组、复方甘草酸苷组及川芎嗪组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合川芎嗪治疗酒精性肝病有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effects of compound glycyrrhizin combined with ligustrazine on patients with alcoholic liver disease.Methods:160 cases of alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into four groups:control group,compound glycyrrhizin group,ligustrazine group and combined treatment group.The parameters of hepatic function and fibrosis were observed four weeks after treatment.Results:The parameters of hepatic function were improved after treatment and fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin,TNF-α after treatment in four groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The parameters of hepatic function,fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin and TNF-α after treatment among control group,compound glycyrrhizin group and ligustrazine group had no significance(P > 0.05).Compared with control group,compound glycyrrhizin group and ligustrazine group,the parameters of hepatic function,fibrosis,TGFβ1,IL-6,Leptin,TNF-α of combined treatment group after treatment were obviously improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with ligustrazine are effective for the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.更多还原
