甜菜链式纸钵苗分离装置的设计
Design of Separating Device for the Chain Pot Seedling of Sugar Beet
【摘要】 采用引出轮与分离轮转速不同对链钵产生拉力的原理,实现了对甜菜链式纸钵苗由引出到分离的工作。通过对工作过程中钵苗的运动和受力分析,求出了分离装置的主要结构与工作参数,设计了链钵分离装置,解决了甜菜移栽机钵苗高速分离和有序供给的关键问题。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the method of the different rotation speed between guide wheel and separating wheel produced the pulling force for chain pot,working process of the sugar beet chain pot seedling from guide to separate was implemented.The main structure and work parameters were determined based by the force analysis and kinematic analysis during the working process.The separating device was designed to solving key questions of sugar transplanter high-speed separation and order supply for seedlings.
