农机维修中双向液压拉拔器的设计

【摘要】 充分利用液压技术的特点,克服了传统拉拔器拆装效率低、笨重和不易携带等缺点,设计了一种应用于农机维修中的小型双向液压拉拔器。它主要是针对小型皮带轮、小型齿轮、小型钢筒及各种轴承等零件的拆卸与安装,具有省力、方便、噪音小、无污染和节省能源等特点,使小件拆装更简单与方便,缩短了拆装时间,提高了拆装效率,从而带来了一定的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 To fully utilize the advantage of hydraulic technology,the paper designs a kind of miniature type two-way hydraulic puller to be used in maintenance of agricultural machinery,which overcomes disadvantages of traditional puller,for example,low efficiency,cumbersome and unsuitable to portable etc.It is directed primarily to the disassembling and assembling of these parts such as small belt wheels,gears,steel cylinders and various bearings etc.It has a lot of advantages such as labor saving,convenience,little noise,pollution-free and energy conservation etc.It makes small parts to be disassembled and assembled more simply and convenient,which shortens the disassembling and assembling time of various parts and improves efficiency,thus brings certain economic and social benefits.
