基于ANSYS的饲料粉碎机部件的模态分析

【摘要】 饲料粉碎机的出料斗对整机的噪音影响较大,因此以出料斗的模态分析为例来探索研究粉碎机其他部件的模态分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对饲料粉碎机的出料斗进行模态分析,得到出料斗的十阶固有频率及相应的十阶模态的振型,与实验测试结果进行对比分析,研究结果表明:利用ANSYS软件的模态分析求解机器部件的固有频率是一种方便快捷的方法,为进一步分析机器部件及整机的振动特性奠定了基础。特别是在虚拟样机的设计过程中,为分析其他机器部件的振动特性提供一种可行且方便快捷的方法。

【Abstract】 The noise of the disk mill was affected by the outlet hopper extremely.It was an example to analyse the quiver characteristic of outlet hopper for the whole machine.Ten natural frequencies of the outlet hopper had been solved by using ANSYS.An experiment of testing the natural frequency had been done.To contrast,the simulation results and the experiment results were very similar.It indicated that obtaining natural frequency by using ANSYS was a feasible approach in studying quiver characteristic of machines and parts.Especially in virtual prototype design,it was a simple and effective approach.
