棉花机械化微钵育苗技术的试验研究
The Experiment and Study on the Technology of Mechanization Cotton Small Bowl Grow Seedlings
【摘要】 为了解决当前我国手工制钵、现有的机械制钵以及钵体育苗中存在的作业劳动强度大、效率低和成本高等问题,在借鉴现有的钵体育苗技术经验的基础上,通过技术创新、设备改造与攻关,研制出高效、新型的机械化制钵机具。该机具采用上下对压形式,将模腔内的营养土挤压成一定形状的钵体,以满足棉花等作物营养钵育苗移栽的需要。为此,介绍了该机具的工作原理和主要的结构设计,进行了钵体成型参数试验、最佳参数的确定以及田间育苗对比试验,结果表明:该机具工作性能稳定、作业效率高以及微钵育苗可行等特点,应用该技术设备符合棉花栽培技术要求,为棉花等作物今后钵体育苗提供强有力的技术支撑。
【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problems of the currently handcraft making nutrition bowl,now available machinery nutrition making bowl as well as the existence of bigger labour intensity,inefficiency,spending more cost in the process of the currently making nutrition bowl-body and bowl seedling in our country.On the base of the present technology and equipment of nutrition bowl seedling,we have made of the advanced equipment of new-style and higher working efficiency via technology innovation and equipment reforming.The machine has adopted the theory of the nutrition soil pressured in the top and the bottom of the model cavity in same time in order to obtain the certain form of nutrition bowl body,to satisfy cotton transplanting need of the seedlings growing in nutrition bowl.The text the main introduce the operating principle and the mostly structural design of the equipment,and passed the molding parametric experiment and parametric ascertaining and the contrast test of seedling ways in the field.It indicated that the machine had working capability stability,the higher efficiency,and small bowl growing seedlings is able to be carried out.The technology and equipment can satisfy the need of cotton planting,and it can provide the forceful technical support for cotton plant nutrition bowl-plantlet in the future.
