基于数学形态学的镰刀菌显微图像边缘检测
Mathematical Morphology Based on Fusarium Microscopic Image Edge Detection
【摘要】 用计算机进行图像分割是图像识别和图像分析的基础。为此,根据镰刀菌显微图像的独特特性,在分析综合传统的图像增强和图像分割算法的基础上,将直方图变换与数学形态学相结合,提出了基于形态学的镰刀菌显微图像边缘检测方法,并通过实验证明,该方法能够有效抑制显微图像的噪声、提高检测精度和保护边缘细节。
【Abstract】 According to the unique characteristics of fusarium micro-image,the edge detection by combining histogram equalization with mathematical morphology is presented while analyzing the classical image enhancement and segmentation algorithm for image pre-processing.It is demonstrated that the edge detection presented in the paper can effectively reduce the noise and improve correct degree and can also finely protect the edges of objects images.
