【摘要】 本文利用重庆市首批新农合试点县忠县589户农户问卷调查数据,对门诊和住院医疗服务利用情况进行描述性分析,同时采用Logit模型计量分析了新农合对住院医疗服务利用的影响。结果显示,样本农户的主要就诊机构为乡卫生院和村卫生室,新农合可以显著促进参保农民对医疗服务特别是住院医疗的利用,但也受到逆向选择问题的困扰。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community-based health insurance scheme(CBHIS)is regarded as a policy tool of financing medical services in developing countries.Based on the survey data of 589 rural households of Zhongxian County in ChongQing,China,this paper makes a description analysis of out-patient and in-patient services utilizing,Meanwhile,it uses Logit Model to analyze the impact of new rural cooperative medical schemes(NRCMS)on in-patient services utilizing.Result demonstrates that main medical institutions of the sampled households are township health centers and village health station,NRCMS could clearly promote farmers to utilize medical services especially the in-patient services,but new RCMS is troubled by adverse selection.更多还原
