【摘要】 本文运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对"十五"期间全国各地区农村义务教育资源配置效率进行了评价与比较,进而采用Tobit回归模型考察了影响农村义务教育资源配置效率的主要因素,在此基础上,从增加农村义务教育资源投入和提高农村义务教育资源配置效率两个层面为推动农村教育事业健康发展提供了可资借鉴的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying the DEA method, this essay made the evaluation and analysis upon the efficiency of resource allocation of rural compulsory education in period of the tenth five-year plan. And the essay also applied Tobit regression model to investigate the main influence factors of the resource allocation efficiency of rural compulsory education. From two respects of increasing the investment and promoting the efficiency, some policy recommendations on healthy development of rural compulsory education been accordingly provided.更多还原
