数字牙颌模型个性化参数测量技术研究
Research on individual parameter measurement technique of 3-D dental model
【摘要】 目的:探讨基于三维数字牙颌模型的个性化参数测量技术。方法:首先使用三维光学扫描系统对石膏牙颌模型扫描获得三维数字模型;然后按照趋势面分析的方法确定咬合平面;接着利用基于咬合平面的牙冠尖点、中窝点自动搜索算法寻找尖点、中央窝点,利用相对对称法建立中线平面;最后进行模型参数测量分析。结果:应用该方法得到牙冠全局图,测得其中1个牙冠的宽度为7.70 mm。选择偏移值N为0.8,得到牙弓近、中、远宽度分别为37.69、38.14、49.66 mm;近、中、远长度分别为7.64、17.36、37.69 mm。结论:本研究测量方法不仅可用于正畸系统,而且可作为统计学研究牙颌模型的测量工具,具有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and study the technique of measuring individual parameters of 3-D dental model.Methods Firstly,the dental plaster cast model was digitized with a 3-D optical scanning system.Secondly,the occlusal plane was determined with the trend surface analysis methods proposed in this paper.Using the occluasal plane as reference,the feature points(including cusp tips,the lowest points of the occlusal basin) of the 3-D dental model were found out through searching the local highest and lowest point of the method.The mid-palatal plane used to analyze the symmetrical degree of the dental arch was obtained using relative symmetrical method.Result The parameter measurement technique proposed in this paper was proved to be accurate and efficient after being tested on different kinds of models.Conclusion The measurement method described in this paper is not only used in orthodontic clinical system,but also used as a measuring tool in statistics to study dental cast,showing a widespread application prospect.
