【摘要】 目的研究分析某师范学院08级新生的心理健康状况,为学校心理健康教育提出建议.方法对某师范学院2630名大学新生施测症状自评量表(SCL—90),并与国内正常人群、大学生常模比较.结果被试中SCL—90各因子至少有一项达到3分的共有303人,检出率为12.56%.大学新生各因子上的得分均高于国内正常人群的水平;除躯体化、恐怖、焦虑外,均显著低于全国大学生的水平.08级文、理科大学新生之间差异有显著性,理科学生的心理卫生问题更突出;大学新生心理问题发生率的性别差异较大,女生的问题显著多于男生.结论高等院校在开展心理健康教育的基础上,应着重加强新生的心理健康教育,尤其是理科和女生的心理健康教育.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To investigate the mental health status of freshmen in Normal College X,and thus to give advice in respect of mental health education in colleges and universities.Methods: 2630 freshmen of Normal College X were subjected to SCL-90 by stratified cluster sampling.Results : The mental health status of Normal College students was found generally better than that of other college students in the country,but worse than the national norm set for Chinese youth.Mental health status of female students was worse than that of male students.The level of psychological health of science students was found worse than that of liberal arts students.In future,the mental health problems of freshmen,female and science students in particular,should be given extra attention and the comprehensive measures should be taken to improve their psychological health.更多还原
