【Abstract】 To improve the teaching quality in universities,we have to hold the view that advances with time and deal with the two relations: one between scale,structure,quality and efficiency;the other between oneness and variety of quality.Further,we must be fully aware of the three goals: to improve the caliber of the students,the quality of scientific research and social service.In addition,we have to make great effort to fulfil "five projects": adjustment of specialties and majors,construction of teaching staff,innovation of the mode of personnel training,popularization of information techniques,and supervision and guarantee of quality.更多还原
