江苏沿海辐射沙洲申报世界自然遗产预研究

【摘要】 江苏沿海辐射沙洲是世界上最大的潮间带辐射状水下沙脊,具有鲜明的区域特色.在阐述辐射沙洲物质来源、动力条件及发育过程的基础上,分析了辐射沙洲体现出的世界自然遗产特征:(1)完整记录了全新世海侵以来全球海平面的变动;(2)反映了大河(黄河)变迁的历史及其对中国海岸的影响;(3)反映了太平洋西海岸特殊的水动力条件;(4)具有独特的景观格局,符合世界自然遗产标准.结合世界遗产发展的新趋势,讨论了辐射沙洲申报世界自然遗产的意义,建议尽快启动申报程序.

【Abstract】 The radial sandy ridges in Jiangsu coastal zone is largest radial sandy ridges which locates on the inter-tidal zone in the world. Its evolutionary history is different from other ridges and its hydrodynamic force is also distinctive. Otherwise the radial sandy ridges has unique geographic entity. It is an important region for the global climate change research and global sea-level change research. This paper expatiates on the radial sandy ridges nature features,then it sets forth the World Nature Heritage values that the radial sandy ridges reflects,which are (1) it records the global sea-level change history since Holocene; (2) it records the Yellow River change history which plays a decisive role on the China coast forming and controls the coast sharp; (3) it reflects the distinctive hydrodynamic of the west Pacific coast,now there is becoming a new sandy island that is incompatible with the global change conditions that the sea-level is rising and corroding is the dominated action; (4)it has the unique landforms which has no similar one in the world. So the radial sandy ridges is well qualified for the standard of the World Nature Heritage. Based on the development of the World Heritage,the paper discusses the importance that the radial sandy ridges applies the World Nature Heritage. This paper thinks the radial sandy ridges should apply for the World Nature Heritage as soon as possible.
