络合萃取法处理对羟基苯甲酸废水
Treatment of Wastewater From p-Hydroxybenzoic Acid Using Complex Extraction
【摘要】 以三辛胺为络合剂,二甲苯为稀释剂,通过萃取-反萃取的方式,回收对羟基苯甲酸生产过程中产生的苯酚和对羟基苯甲酸.研究了萃取剂种类、浓度、油水比、废水的pH值、混合时间及萃取级数对萃取效率的影响;考察了KOH浓度对反萃取效率的影响.结果表明:在适当工艺条件下,以体积浓度为30%的三辛胺和二甲苯作为萃取剂,油水比为0.3,废水的pH为1.26,混合时间为3min,采用二级萃取,苯酚、对羟基苯甲酸萃取率均达到99.9%,废水的CODcr去除率可达99.6%.
【Abstract】 Treatment of p-hydroxybenzoic acid wastewater with complex extraction method was studied,using tri-octylamine as extractant and xylene as diluent.The influence of types of extractant,extractant-diluent ratio,the ratio of oil-water,pH of wastewater,extraction mixing time and extraction stages on wastewater extraction efficiency were studied.Using KOH as stripping agent,the effect of KOH dosage on the stripping efficiency was studied.The results showed that the extracting efficiency of phenol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid all reach to 99.9%,and the removal efficiency of CODcr comes to 99.6% by the two-stage extraction and with the ratio of extractant and diluent 3/7,ratio of oil-water 0.3/1,pH of wastewater 1.26,mixing time 3min.
