【摘要】 津贴补贴是高校教职工收入的重要组成部分。在全国高校即将实施绩效工资制度之际,全面分析当前高校津贴补贴现状,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过对32所高校津贴补贴数据的概况、构成和地域特征的分析,找出存在问题,深入分析原因,并就高校津贴补贴的清理规范提出了一些建议和思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The allowance for subsidy makes up an important component of income for university faculty.When the wage reform is to be implemented within the college and university scope,comprehensive analysis of the current situation of allowance subsidies is of great practical significance.The intension of this paper is to survey 32 colleges allowance subsidies data thus to make overview analysis,composition analysis and geographical characteristic analysis to identify existing problems,deeply analyze the reasons,and to put forward some suggestions and reflection on clean-up standards about college allowance subsidies.更多还原
