基于准分布式光纤光栅传感器的机翼盒段载荷监测
Load Measurement of Wing Box Based on Distributed Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors
【摘要】 以某型飞机机翼盒段为研究对象,建立了盒段试件的有限元模型,分析外载荷和应变分布之间关系。采用波分复用形式构建了分布式光纤Bragg光栅传感网络测量盒段试件的应变,设计了网络中光纤传感器的排布方式,在此基础上研究了传感网络的温度补偿方法。运用波长监测方法对盒段结构承受的不同载荷进行了实验研究。结果表明,传感器的波长偏移与载荷成线性关系,斜率由于加载点位置的变化而不同。传感器的最大载荷监测灵敏度达3.09 pm/N。
【Abstract】 To analyze the relationship between the strain distribution and the load,a finite element model is built to simulate strain fields of a wing box.Distributed fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensor network by adopting wavelength division multiplexing is used to measure the strain fields of wing box speciment.The arrangement of optical fiber sensors is designed and the temperature compensation of the sensor network is researched.By inspecting the wavelength,the load distribution of the wing box speciment is experimently studied.The result reveals that the wavelength shaft of FBG sensors with load is linear,but the slope changes with different load locations.The biggest load inspection sensitivity of FBG sensor is 3.09 pm/N.
