【Abstract】 The key factor that affects the successful transplanting of Dendrobium candidum plantlets was the process of acclimatization.The research showed that the transplanting survival rate could reached up to 95%when Dendrobium candidum plantlets acclimatized in overhead seedling beds,with elaborate managements during one-by-one steps of acclimatizing,such as preparation before acclimatizing,the methods and season of acclimatization,the managements of plantlets and the transplanting of acclimatized plantlets.更多还原
