CdTe/PVP纳米杂化材料制备及其荧光性能
Preparation and fluorescence properties of CdTe/PVP nanohybrids
【摘要】 以巯基水相法将硫基乙酸(TGA)合成一系列不同粒径的Q态CdTe纳米晶,再与聚乙烯吡咯烷(PVP)杂化制备出具有红、黄、绿3种颜色的CdTe/PVP纳米杂化材料.通过紫外可见光谱仪(UV-vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)、光致发光(PL)等表征方法考察Q态CdTe纳米晶的尺寸、晶形及其光学性能并系统考察CdTe/PVP纳米杂化材料的荧光性能.结果表明pH从9.85变化到5.22,荧光强度有一定的增大.所制备的CdTe/PVP纳米杂化材料具有优越的荧光性能及荧光稳定性,其聚合物中的CdTe纳米晶仍然保持很好的量子尺寸效应和良好的分散性.
【Abstract】 Three kinds of CdTe/PVP nanohybrids with red,yellow and green emission colors were synthesized using poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP) with as-prepared CdTe quantum dots(QDs) stabilized by thioglycolic acid(TGA) via the thio-aqueous synthetic approach.Ultraviolet-vusubke soectrisciot(UV-vis),Fourier transform infrared spectrametry(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence(PL) measurements were used to investigate the as-prepared CdTe nanocrystals along with the PL properties of CdTe/PVP samples.Results showed that photoluminescence properties could be improved by pH from 9.85 to 5.23,CdTe/PVP nanohybrids behaved good photoluminescence properties and fluorescent stability,the CdTe nanocrystals were well dispersed in polymer nanohybrids and had a good quantum size effect.
