萘与异丙醇在脱Al超稳Y沸石催化剂上的烷基化

【摘要】 采用水蒸气和NH4NO3水溶液对超稳Y沸石(USY)进行脱A l,并采用过量浸渍法制备了脱Al USY负载磷钨酸(PW)催化剂,用X射线衍射(XRD)、液N2吸附-脱附和吸附吡啶-红外(Py-IR)技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:水蒸气脱铝后的USY保持了较高的比表面积、较高的相对结晶度、规则的孔径分布和较大的L酸量.萘与异丙醇烷基化反应结果表明:水蒸气脱铝USY催化剂具有最大的萘转化率92.3%和45.9%的D IPN选择性,其中β-IPN选择性达到94.4%,β,β′位选择性为85.3%,适宜反应条件为活化温度550℃,反应温度160℃,平衡时间150 min;反应4次后萘的转化率保持在73%以上,β,β′-D IPN选择性无明显下降.

【Abstract】 Highly active catalysts were prepared by dealuminumed USY with water vapour,ammonium nitrate aqueous solution and 12-tungstophosphoric acid(PW).The properties of the catalysts were identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption and desorption,pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR) techniques.The results showed that USY kept large relative crystallinity,high relative crystallinity and large L acid amount when dealuminum was appropriately completed.Using USY dealuminum treated with water vapour as the catalyst,conversion of naphthalene was 92.3%,selectivity of DIPN,β-IPN and β,β′-DIPN reached 45.9%,94.4%,and 85.3%. The suitable reaction conditions were as follows: calcination temperature was 550 ℃,reaction temperature was 160 ℃ and reaction balanced time was 150 min.After reacting 4 times,the conversion rate of naphthalene kept above 73% and selectivity of β,β′-DIPN preserved without obviously declined.
