绵竹市典型震损底框房屋钢结构快速加固关键问题
Key-problems of rapidly strengthening of steel structure for earthquake damaged multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame in Mianzhu City
【摘要】 四川汶川5.12地震及随后的多次余震导致绵竹市底框房屋遭受不同程度的破坏.根据震损房屋安全鉴定结果,分析底框房屋震损特征和原因,提出采用钢结构快速加固的目标、思路、基本方案,讨论需要重视的关键问题,结合某底框商住楼给出3种钢结构快速加固方案:增设摩擦耗能钢支撑加固、增设钢隅撑支撑加固、增设钢支撑+层间隔震加固方案,可供绵竹市灾后恢复重建以及其他地区底框房屋抗震加固参考.
【Abstract】 Many multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame in Mianzhu City were damaged in 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake and subsequent aftershocks.According to the results of earthquake damaged building safety assessment,the characteristics and reasons of earthquake damaged multi-story masonry buildings with bottom-frame were analyzed.The targets,considerations and basic planning of rapid strengthening with steel structures are presented,and the key-problems were discussed.Combining with one multi-story masonry building with the bottom-frame,three kinds of basic planning were proposed: adding friction energy dissipation steel braces,adding steel knee-braces,adding steel braces and interlayer seismic isolation.They can be regard as a useful reference for the post-disaster reconstruction and strengthening in Mianzhu City and other regions.
