滚动轴承早期故障诊断的时域新方法
A New Time Domain Signal Analysis Technique for Early Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Element Bearing
【摘要】 信号的时域平均方法适合于滚动轴承的故障诊断,但在实际应用中它要求精确地确定感兴趣周期分量的周期,否则效果不佳.一种新的信号时域平均分析方法——梳状滤波矩阵法,以类似扫描的方式,通过绘制二维灰度图,能精确计算出信号中感兴趣周期分量的周期,为信号时域平均方法的工程应用铺平了道路.首先介绍一般梳状滤波器理论及梳状滤波矩阵法的具体实现方法,最后给出了仿真和实验实例.
【Abstract】 If the exact period of signal is known, time domain averaging is a good method of signal processing in extracting the periodic waveform.Firstly,a design method for general comb filter is proposed,and it is demonstrated that the traditional time domain averaging is just a special case of the general comb filtering.On this basis,a new signal analysis technique capable of extracting the periodic waveform with inexactly known period from noisy discrete-time signal is presented.Finally, the validity of the approach is confirmed by analyzing the synthetic signal and the vibration signal produced by multiple point defects in a rolling element bearing.
