【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理理论指导下临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)护理模式在甲状腺疾病患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择普外科甲状腺疾病患者共120例,按入院单双日随机分为观察组62例和对照组58例,对照组采用传统的整体护理模式,观察组在循证护理理论指导下,提出目前甲状腺疾病患者围术期护理中存在的问题,然后寻找实证,制定CNP表格并实施、评价。比较两组患者对住院相关知识的掌握程度、护理服务满意度、出院后自护能力,以观察CNP在甲状腺疾病患者围术期护理中的应用效果。结果观察组患者住院相关知识的掌握程度、护理服务满意度、出院后自护能力和护理人员健康教育达标率4项评价指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循证护理理论指导下的CNP应用于甲状腺疾病患者围术期护理中切实可行,值得在其他病种领域推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of application of evidence-based clinical nursing pathway during the perioperative period of thyroid diseases. Methods A total of 120 general surgery patients with thyroid diseases were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=62), who received the care of clinical nursing pathway, and the control group (n=58), who received the traditional holistic nursing care. The effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative nursing for several diseases was observed by comparing the following aspects in the two groups: the mastering of hospital-related knowhow, the degree of satisfaction in the nursing, the self-care ability after discharge and the qualifying rate of health education for nurses. Results Compared with the control group, the four evaluation indexes above in the experimental group were higher, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The application of CNP during the perioperative period of thyroid diseases is feasible, worth popularization for nursing for other kinds of diseases.更多还原
