【摘要】 目的了解护生对药物过敏试验相关知识认知现状及需求,有针对性地为带教老师对护生进行相关知识教育提供参考。方法自设问卷,对150名护生就药物过敏试验相关知识认知现状及需求进行调查。结果不同学历护生在药物过敏试验各方面知识及总体认知上显著不同,总体分数专科组高于中专组和本科组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);从操作技能上看,大专组分数高于本科组和中专组;对于试敏结果的评判和护生心理素质方面,本科组明显高于其他两组。护生对过敏试验结果阴性、阳性评判标准的讲解需求程度高;需求方式主要是临床实践和课堂讲解。结论本科护生对药物过敏试验的认知理论扎实而实践能力欠缺,而专科护生操作技能强但缺乏系统的理论基础。带教老师应针对不同层次实习护生采取不同的教育方法,以加强护生有关药物过敏试验的操作能力、拓宽相关知识、提高试敏药液配制的准确度,降低用药风险,保证护理工作安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand nursing students’ cognition status of and demand for the knowledge associated with drug al-lergy testing,so as to provide the basis for education in related knowledge to nursing students.Methods By means of the self-desinged questionnaire,a survey was made with 150 nursing students about their cognition status of and demand for the knowledge associated with drug allergy testing.Results There existed considerable differences between nursing students of different educa-tional levels,with the score of the junior college group higher than those of the secondary specialized group and senior college group(P<0.01).In terms of the operation skill,the junior college group scored the highest,and in the terms of judgement of the test result and the psychological quality,the senior college group was distinctly superior to the other two.The students ’ demand for the explanation of the criterion of determining the positivity or negativity of the result was the greatest,with the major channels being clinical practice and in-class lecturing.Conclusion Senior college nursing majors have a solid theoretical knowledge while lack the practice skill;junior college students,in contrast,are strong in the practice skill while poor in the theoretical knowledge.There-fore,in clinical practice,nursing teachers should take into account of the level of the students in the training,so as to improve the students’ operation skill,broaden their knowledge scope,enhance the precision of the allergy solution preparation,lower the risk of the medication and ensure the safety of nursing work.更多还原
