【摘要】 目的观察维生素E霜局部外用对妊娠期大鼠腹部皮肤的影响。方法将24只SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、妊娠组、VitE霜外用组各8只。正常对照组及妊娠组大鼠正常饲养,VitE霜外用组除正常饲养外,自成功配种7d后每天腹部外用VitE霜均匀涂抹,每天2次,平均每次0.05g/只,妊娠大鼠生下幼仔后停止给药。所有妊娠大鼠生下幼仔后,全部大鼠取腹部正中皮肤进行组织病理学检查,并用计算机图像分析系统定量分析生长表皮厚度和弹力纤维面积百分比;另取一定质量腹部去毛皮肤测定单位皮肤中超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛、羟脯氨酸(oxyproline hydroxyproline,Hyp)含量进行比较。结果妊娠组大鼠腹部皮肤生长表皮显著变薄,弹力纤维减少、断裂,Hyp含量减少等妊娠样皮肤改变(P<0.01或P<0.05)。VitE霜外用组大鼠腹部用药处生长表皮增厚,弹力纤维面积百分比增大,Hyp含量增加,妊娠样皮肤改变明显减轻(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论维生素E霜腹部外用对妊娠期大鼠腹部皮肤出现妊娠样改变有较好的对抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of Vitamin E cream on pregnancy rats’ abdomen skin. Methods Twenty-four female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,the control group,the pregnancy group and the externally-applied Vitamin E group,each with 8. The control group and the pregnancy group were conventionally fed,and the VitE group were,on the basis of the conventional feeding,offered evenly-rubbed Vitamin E cream at the abdominal region,averagely 0.05 g for 1 rat each time,twice a day,until the rat made the delivery. Then the middle abdominal skin of each of the rats was obtained for histopathological examination,whose epidermal thickness and the percentage of the elastic fiber area were quantitatively analyzed with the computer image analyzing system. Besides,a certain amount of deplumated skin was obtained for detection of the amount of SOD,MDA and Hyp. Results The pregnancy group demonstrated pregnancy-related changes in the abdominal skin including the thinning of the epidermal skin,the decreasing and breaking of the elastic fibers,the decreasing in the Hyp amount (P<0.01,P<0.05 ). In contrast,the VitE group displayed a thickening of the epidermal thickness,the increasing of the percentage of the elastic fiber area and in the amount of Hyp,all of which bore proof to the smaller pregnancy-related changes in the epidermal skin where the Vitamin E cream was applied (P<0.01,P<0.05 ). Conclusion Vitamin E cream externally applied has a satisfactory role of deterring the pregnancyrelated epidermal skin changes at the rat’s abdominal area.更多还原
