【摘要】 目的观察对临终老人实施社会支持干预后效果,提高其生活质量。方法将72例临终老人分为观察组37例和对照组35例,对照组根据病情,进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上强化社会支持。在干预前、干预后半个月,采用社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、面部表情疼痛量表对两组临终老人进行评定。结果干预后观察组临终老人主观支持评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、面部表情疼痛量表评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过强化社会支持,提高了临终老人的主观感受,降低了临终老人的焦虑、抑郁状态和身体不适及疼痛程度,从而提高了临终老人的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the intervention of social support on terminal elderly, so as to improve their quality of life.Methods 72 such cases were divided into the observation group(n=37) and the control group(n=35).The control group were offered the conventional nursing in light of the disease situation, while the observation group were offered social support to supplement the routine nursing.Before and half a month after the intervention, the two groups were rated by means of SSRS, SAS, SDS and FPS-R.Results After the intervention, the score for the subjective support for the observation group was significantly higher than that for the control group(P<0.05), and the scores for the former as suggested by SAS, SDS and FPS-R, distinctly lower than those for the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of social support contributes to enhancing the subjective feeling of terminal elderly, and alleviating their anxiety, depression, and physical discomforts and pains, thus improving their quality of life.更多还原
