【摘要】 目的探讨慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)患者生存质量及其影响因素,为制定相应的护理干预措施提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简化版、症状自评量表、一般情况调查表,对186例CP患者进行调查。以生存质量总分为应变量,以一般情况调查表中14项预测影响因素为自变量,进行多元逐步回归分析,筛选生存质量的主要影响因素。结果CP患者生存质量各领域得分均比健康成年男性明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);患者躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子得分显著高于国内常模(P<0.01);与伴侣的关系、性生活满意度、自评心理状况、疾病症状是影响患者生存质量的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论应重视CP患者生存质量的影响因素,提高家庭支持系统尤其是伴侣在疾病康复中的作用,改善患者的心理状况,减轻疾病症状所带来的痛苦,以提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with chronic prostatitis(CP),so as to provide some basis for formulating corresponding nursing interventions.Methods By means of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Starter Edition(WHOQOL-BREF),Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),and the Survey on General Condition,a survey was made on 186 CP patients.With the total score for the aspect of quality of life as the dependent variable,and the 14 predicted affecting fac-tors in the General Survey as the independent variables,a multiple stepwise regression analysis was made for determining the major factors affecting the quality of life of CP patients.Results The scores for the various dimensions of the quality of life of CP patients were distinctly lower than those for the healthy adults(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And the scores for the patients’ somatization,depression,anxiety,paranoid and psychiatric factors were significantly higher than the domestic norm(P<0.01).Some major factors affecting their quality of life included their relation with their partner,sexual satisfaction,self-assessment of their psychology,and the symptoms of the disease.Conclusion Importance should be attached to the factors affecting CP patients’ quality of life by strengthening the role of the family support system,especially the role of their partner,improving the patients’ psychology and alleviating the pains caused by the disease,in order to improve the patients’ quality of life.更多还原
