【摘要】 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者营养状况及其与病情严重程度关系,为更好地针对不同病情级别的COPD患者进行合理营养支持提供理论依据。方法采用微型营养评定表(Mini Nutritional Assessment,MNA)、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、白蛋白3个营养评价指标对90例COPD患者进行营养评定,并将COPD分级与营养状态作相关分析。结果MNA、BMI与白蛋白指标评价营养不良发生率分别为36%、28%和30%;MNA评分值、BMI与COPD病情分级呈正相关,COPD患者病情越严重,MNA评分值与BMI越低(P<0.05或P<0.01);白蛋白与COPD病情严重程度无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论COPD患者营养状况不容乐观,且与病情严重程度呈正相关,及时有效的营养干预对患者病情控制有着极其重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the disease severity grading and the nutritional status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and thus to provide the theoretical basis for offering better nutrition for COPD patients in various grades. Methods The nutritional status of 90 COPD patients were evaluated by means of three nutrition index:Mini Nu-tritional Assessment(MNA),BMI and Alb,and an analysis was made of the correlation between the nutritional status and the grading of the disease. Results The incidence rate of malnutrition of MNA,BMI and Alb was 36%,28% and 30%,respectively. The MNA value and BMI were positively related with the severity of the disease (P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the Alb value was not distinctly related with the disease severity (P>0.05). Conclusion The nutritional status of COPD patients admits of no optimism,and is positively related with the disease severity. Therefore,timely and effective nutritional intervention is of vital importance for the disease control.更多还原
