不同包装材料用于氧气湿化瓶保存的效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨将集中清洗消毒后的氧气湿化瓶用不同材料进行包装的保存期,为降低医疗成本和延长保存期提供依据。方法将氧气湿化瓶清洗消毒后放入干燥箱烘干,然后分别用全棉布、食用保鲜袋、食用密实袋进行包装,保存于病房治疗室的储物柜内。分别于存放的第7天、第15天、第30天抽取不同包装的样本,做物体表面菌落计数。计算3种包装材料的单个费用。结果食用保鲜袋、食用密实袋包装的氧气湿化瓶分别取样720个,在保存期内物体表面菌落计数为零,布类包装的氧气湿化瓶在第15天、第30天分别有3个和13个样本有菌生长。不同包装材料的包装费用:全棉布0.2元/只,食用保鲜袋0.02元/只,食用密实袋0.06元/只。结论使用食用保鲜袋包装消毒的氧气湿化瓶,既节约成本、延长使用有效期,减轻工作量,又达到无菌目的。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preservation periods of collectively cleaned and disinfected oxygen humidification bottles packaged by different materials, with the purpose of providing reference for reducing medical costs and prolonging preservation period.Methods Cleaned and disinfected oxygen humidification bottles which had been dried in the drying boxes were packaged by cotton cloths, freezer bags and food zip log bags and then preserved in the storage cabinet in the treatment room.Bacterial colony counting was made on the surface of sample bottles packaged by different materials on the 7th, 15th and 30th day of the preservation.Cost of each packaging material was calculated.Results No bacterial colony was observed on the surface of oxygen humidification bottles packaged by freezer bags and food zip log bags during the preservation period, while bacterial colony appeared on the surface of 3 bottles packaged by cotton cloths on the 15th day and 13 on the 30th day.As to the costs of different materials, per cotton cloth cost 0.2 Yuan, freezer bag 0.02 Yuan and food zip log bag 0.06 Yuan.Conclusion Cost is reduced, validity period prolonged, workload saved and bacteria eliminated when oxygen humidification bottles are packaged by freezer bags.
