鳡鱼苗对2种新渔药的耐受力试验
Endurance Test of Two New Fishery Drugs to Fry of Elopichthys bamausa
【摘要】 研究了鳡鱼苗对氯氰菊酯和阿维菌素的耐受力。结果表明,2日龄的鳡鱼苗在0.02mL/m3和0.03mL/m32种浓度的氯氰菊酯药液中,4~5min狂游打转,40min开始死亡,分别在1h40min和1h30min全部死亡。2日龄鲢鱼苗在上述浓度的药液中,9h17min开始死亡,24h死亡率分别为8%和56%;在0.375mL/m3和0.0525mL/m32种浓度的阿维菌素药液中,2日龄鳡鱼苗1h开始死亡,7h死亡率100%。鳡鱼苗对氯氰菊酯和阿维菌素的耐受力极差,不能用这2种渔药防治鳡鱼苗种疾病。
【Abstract】 It was studied that endurance of two new fishery drugs which are cypermethrin and avermetin to fries of Elopichthys bambusa.The results showed that:the 2 days old fries of E.bambusa were liberated in cypermethrin solution at two concentrations of 0.02 ml/m3 and 0.03 ml/m3,they swam and revolved madly after 5 min,they began to die after 40 min,all of them were died respectively after 1 h 40 min and 1 h 30 min.In the same cypermethrin solution,the 2 days old fries of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix began to die after 9 h,their rates of death were 8% and 56% respectively after 24 h.In the avermetin solution at two concentrations of 0.375 ml/m3 and 0.0525 ml/m3,2 days old fries of E.bambusa began to die after 1 h,their rate of death was 100% after 7 h.The endurance of cypermethrin and avermetin to fries of E.bambusa was inferiorest,therefore,the two drugs could not be applied in disease prevention and control of fry and fingerling of E.bambusa.
