【摘要】 QTL(quantitative trait loci)定位是近年来遗传学研究的一个重要内容,基于不同的遗传标记、不同的研究群体和不同的试验设计,运用标记—连锁分析可以把QTL成功地定位在染色体的某一特定区域.该法的一个明显不足是QTL图谱的清晰度必须依赖样本的规模以及标记的密度.许多研究表明,连锁不平衡分析是实现QTL精细定位的行之有效的方法.现就基于同源相同性连锁不平衡作图构建高清晰度QTL图谱的研究方法进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行了展望.更多还原

【Abstract】 QTL(quantitative trait loci) loclization has become a focus in genetic studies in recent years.Based on different genetic markers,diffierent research groups and different expriment designs,QTL can be localized to a certain region of chromosomes by applying marker-linkage analysis.However,the resolution of the QTL mapping greatly depends upon the size of the sample and the density of the marker,which is the weakness of marker-linkage analysis method.Many studies demonstrated that linkage disequilibrium analysis is an effective way to implement fine QTL location.更多还原
