【摘要】 晋谷21号优质、高产、适应性广,食用品质和营养品质好,育成以来一直是山西省谷子的主栽品种。通过对不同产地晋谷21号样品的品质性状与淀粉特性进行比较分析,旨在为谷子生产及加工利用提供一些依据和借鉴。

【Abstract】 Jingu 21 had properties of high quality,high production and good adapation to environment. It also had good eating quality and nutritional properties. It has been the main millet species in Shanxi province since it was cultivated. The quality and the starch property of Jin Gu 21 from different producing area were studied and compared,and some basic evidences and references for manufacturing and processing of millet were provided.
