近红外光谱在食品微生物检测中的应用

【摘要】 作为一种新型的检测分析技术,近红外光谱技术正在获得越来越广泛的应用。综述了食品微生物的几种检测方法,介绍了近红外光谱技术的检测原理,分析综合了该技术在食品安全领域的应用和在微生物检测中的研究现状。基于其方便、快捷、高效的特点,近红外光谱技术将在食品微生物的检测方面有着新的发展前景。

【Abstract】 As a new analysis technique,the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) has been applied more and more widely. In this paper,several methods for detection of food microorganisms were reviewed,and the operation principle and applications of near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) in the food safety were summarized, as well as the applications of NIR in the inspection of food microorganisms were analyzed. As a convenient fast and high-efficient inspection technology,the NIRS will have its new future in the inspection of food microorganisms.
