【Abstract】 As a new analysis technique,the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) has been applied more and more widely. In this paper,several methods for detection of food microorganisms were reviewed,and the operation principle and applications of near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) in the food safety were summarized, as well as the applications of NIR in the inspection of food microorganisms were analyzed. As a convenient fast and high-efficient inspection technology,the NIRS will have its new future in the inspection of food microorganisms.更多还原
