【Abstract】 Chen Duxiu’s view of human rights represented different interest after he turned to Marxism in 1920.He criticized the human rights thoughts of Liberalism,and put forward that people’s rights realized by constitute people’s regime through class war.It’s possible to realize the rights of women.Only socialism can realize the rights of women.He indicated the viewpoint of the national self-determination rights of proletarian class.Meanwhile,he put emphasis on appeal rights of the worker and farmer class,particularly " the second generation human rights".This propositions demonstrated that Chen Duxiu’s human rights was Marxist in his later period.更多还原
