【摘要】 通过构建科技竞争力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对中部六省会城市科技促进经济和社会协调发展竞争力进行比较分析,可以看出南昌的科技总体发展不足,在中部六省会城市中排名位次较低。主要原因在于南昌城市规模较小、经济底子较薄、科技人才短缺、科研力量和技术创新能力较差、城市内外基础设施相对落后、对外经济合作力度不够。因此,必须培育科技创新的思想意识;创造适宜的科技创新环境;引进培养高级专业技术人才,集聚科技创新队伍;加大科技资本投入力度,尤其是加大对基础研究投资;支持民营科技型企业的发展,以大力提高南昌科技竞争力,促进江西社会经济的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents the science deficiency of Nanchang City by comparing the science development competitiveness among the six provincial capital cities in Mid China with constructing science evalution index system by AHP.Then this article analyzes the reasons and proposes several measures to improve Nanchang’s sciene development competitiveness and to promote the comprehensive development of Jiangxi Province.更多还原
