【摘要】 信息技术的迅猛发展为东欧女性就业提供了机遇并赋予新的参与社会的权力,然而信息技术限度下又产生了新的数字鸿沟。传统的性别歧视受到冲击,但信息技术是一种工具,对长期以来形成的传统的性别歧视文化的改造不是简单的按按鼠标就能实现的,女性能否跨越数字鸿沟,冲破信息技术限度与关口,还取决于女性自身不断地改造和进取,取决于国家男女平等制度的完善和社会大众观念的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of information technology in Eastern Europe has offered employment opportunities for women given them the rights to participate in the community,but the limits of information technology has created a new digital gap.Traditional gender discrimination is under attack,but information technology is a tool for the long-standing tradition of gender discrimination and cultural transformation is not so simply that the mouse can help women surpass the digital gap and break through the limits of the barrier,but it is determined by women’s self-transformation and continuous progress and it depends on the country’s system to improve the equality between men and women and social change in public attitudes.更多还原
