高水头卜型月牙肋岔管结构三维应力分析

【摘要】 以某水电站高水头、大HD值卜型月牙肋岔管为例,对该岔管结构进行三维有限元数值仿真计算,分析了月牙肋岔管的应力状态,研究了岔管在不同月牙肋板厚度条件下对岔管整体结构应力的影响,在保证岔管结构安全的前提下提出了肋板厚度最佳尺寸,为工程设计提供了重要依据,同时也为高水头、大HD值月牙肋岔管结构分析提供了必要手段。

【Abstract】 Taking the high-head and great HD magnitude lapel type bifurcated pipe with cresent rib of a hydroelectric station as an example,this paper calculates the bifurcated pipe structrue stress using 3-D FEM,analyzes the stress state of this bifurcated pipe.The effect on the integral structure stress of bifurcated pipe under different crescent rib thickness is studied,and the optimal dimension of crescent rib thickness is present on the condition of that bifurcated pipe structure is safe.The result provides important reference for engineering design,and offers necessary tool for structural analysis of high-head and great HD magnitude lapel type bifurcated pipe with crescent rib.
