鄱阳湖大型底栖动物物种多样性及资源现状评价

【摘要】 2007年11月和2008年4月,对鄱阳湖大型底栖动物进行了定量采集。经鉴定,得鄱阳湖大型底栖动物35种,隶属3门6纲15科,优势种为河蚬、苏氏尾鳃蚓。应用Shannon-Wiener指数(H′)和Pielou均匀度指数(J′)计算了底栖动物物种多样性。定量分析表明,鄱阳湖大型底栖动物平均密度为221.95 ind.m-2,平均生物量为245.94 g.m-2;主湖区种类数和现存量均多于航道;秋季的现存量大于春季的现存量。比较20世纪80年代和90年代的调查结果,目前鄱阳湖大型底栖动物密度已经明显下降,但生物量变化不大。

【Abstract】 An extensive quantitative investigation was conducted on the macrozoobenthos of Poyang Lake in November 2007 and April 2008.Altogether 35 taxa belonging to 3 phyla,6 classes,15 families were identified.The species diversity was analyzed based on quantitative samples.The results showed that the dominant species were Corbicula fluminea and Branchiurs sowrbyi,The Shannon-Wiener index(H′) and Pieloll uniform index(J′) were used to calculate the species diversity of the macrozoobenthos.The average density and biomass of the macrozoobenthos in Poyang Lake were analyzed to be 221.95 ind·m-2 and 245.94 g·m-2 respectively.Statistical analysis demonstrated that the species number and standing crop in the main lake were higher than those in the rivers,and standing corp in autumn was higher than that in spring.Compared with the macrozoobenthos researches in 80s and 90s last century,the density has sharply declined but the biomass almost unchanged in Poyang Lake.
